What is BIM?
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a collaborative work methodology for a construction project creation and management. The final goal is to have centralized information of an entire project in a digital model created by all the participants.
This centralized management helps in the documentation creation and it adds a rigorous quality guarantee by coordinating all the project's points of view.
The SSOT methodology implementation (Single Source of True) avoids duplicate files and copies placed in different locations. Thus, Coreco has a complete history of versions that make that BIM files, with which the client works, are always reviewed and updated in real time.
